Eru is made up of two founders who bring very different skills to the table.
Andrea’s all about the big picture: brand strategy, creative direction, and building identities that actually make people feel something. Ruben takes it from concept to reality: coding websites, editing videos, designing visuals, and making sure everything works and looks sharp.

Andrea Kubisova
Andrea studied Marketing first at Paneuropean university in Prague and later at UTB in Zlín. While finishing her studies, she was already deep in the field working across various roles from in-house marketing to brand management and PR. Today, she devotes part of her time to mentoring communities like Holky z marketingu and Holky z byznysu, helping the next wave of women in business find their voice.
Andrea speaks Czech, English, and Italian. From this duo, she’s the one who will shape your brand, define your voice, and craft your marketing strategy.
Co-founder & Creative Director
Rubén Martín
Born in Spain, shaped by the world. Rubén’s lived in Spain, Italy, China, and now he’s based in the Czech Republic. He studied Statistics at the University of Granada and Marketing at Jia Tong University in Shanghai. A creative shapeshifter, that is used to sitting on multiple chairs at once.
At ERU, he’s the brain behind the visuals and the builder of digital spaces. Those bold designs you’ve seen? That’s him. The smooth, functional websites? Also him. Rubén turns ideas into experiences. With creativity and code.
